Project Case
High above the city, at the World Trade Centre Amsterdam, we created a new working environment for an international investment firm. The office floor is located within the HOFF Business Centre, an office concept on which Ditt had previously worked. Based on a clear spatial layout, workstations, meeting rooms and informal meeting areas are logically interconnected. The result is a calm and well-organised working environment that encourages collaboration whilst also providing space for concentrated work.
Bespoke design is the common thread running through the interior. Wall units in walnut veneer add rhythm to the floor plan and create elegant transitions between the different areas. Materials such as green marble, specially designed tiles and upholstered cabinet fronts add warmth and sophistication to the building’s existing steel and glass architecture. The façade features the communal area and a games room, where plenty of natural light and views of the Amsterdam skyline encourage socialising, relaxation and wellbeing. Thanks to the integrated Design & Build approach, the design and construction phases were combined within a short timeframe to create a high-quality, future-proof working environment.

Alpha FX
"Alpha FX has a new office on the Egelantiersgracht in Amsterdam, where an old garage has been transformed into a new 'clubhouse.' The office's look is entirely in line with the London office, implying that work and fun complement each other and are both taken seriously. In other words: 'work hard, play hard."
